Glencoe Area Single Mom Needs Help with Power Bill

A single mom in the Glencoe area is in need of help with her power bill. She recently changed jobs, and because of that, she had a payroll delay that put her behind on her bills. She is a one-income household with no other financial support. The total amount for the power bill is 641.48.
