Single mom needs help with Utility Bill

Family was part of a payment plan with Duke when residing in Hamilton Co. and was not informed they would need to reapply for payment plan when moving to Butler Co. Remaining balance was added to family's Duke account and total is now $1900. Mom has been able to come up with an additional $725 on her own.
