Eyeglass repair

Looking for a local eye doctor who would be willing to repair eyeglasses for a student. The end piece (hinge) that attaches to the frame is broken, and the screws are missing. The student cannot afford new glasses, as she has already received her glasses she gets yearly from Molina. Thank you
