Single mother in need of funds to cover Tax, Title and other car related fees

Single mother in Need of money to cover expenses associated with purchasing and legally owning a vehicle. She also needs help with other car related fees. Minimum amount needed to meet the legal requirement is $250. An additional $380 is requested to pay all fees. Any help would be appreciated.
