Portable Heaters for Homeless Family

A student and her mother are in need of 1-2 portable heaters to keep warm during the cooler months. The place where they are staying is not very well insulated and is cold. The family is homeless and can not afford to purchase heaters for the fall/winter season. The parent is also in need of blankets and small "face towels" for she and her child.
