Money for Unpaid Breakfast/Lunch Balances

For the past two years, students have not been paying for school breakfast or lunch.  Covid money was used to pay for school meals.  This year will be different.  Those students who are eligible will need to apply for free/reduced lunch and those that are not eligible will be expected to pay.  All schools are experiencing unpaid breakfast/lunch balances as students and families are adjusting back to the norm.  They are slower than usual to submit free/reduced applications.  No student will go without breakfast or lunch, but individual schools must meet those unpaid balances.  Any monetary donation will help.
