Vestavia Hills Bridges

A local family is in need of approximately two weeks of food assistance to help make sure they have enough groceries at home. Donations can be provided through grocery store gift cards or pre-selected food items (we will email you with dietary needs if you choose to do this). Grocery store gift cards are preferred, as they allow the family to choose foods that best fit their needs and preferences.

Any support would be greatly appreciated and would provide meaningful relief for this family during a time of need.

Thanks to YOUR generosity, we have plenty of shoes donated! Now, we just need clothes (especially for the middle school girl). 

A local family could use some support with clothing for two school-aged children. We would love to help provide each child with a few clothing options for different seasons, so they have comfortable, well-fitting items throughout the school year.

New or gently used (like new) seasonal clothing would be greatly appreciated. Any support in helping this family build a small, versatile wardrobe would mean so much!

 A local family is currently in need of reliable transportation. The parent is working and currently relies on a family member for transportation to work and to get their child to and from school. While they are grateful to have this support, having a dependable vehicle of their own would provide much-needed independence and stability for the family and help ensure they can continue reliably meeting both work and school responsibilities. 

We have a single mom who has just undergone surgery for cancer and is needing assistance with rent, water, and power for this month. 
Rent is $1200 and Power and Water are both $300. Thank you and any donation will be helpful and appreciated!
