Opportunities for Kindness

Family in need of help with getting internet

We have a family that needs help getting their internet up and running.  They need the internet for school assignments. The students are falling behind due to not having internet at home.  We have found a company that will supply it at a discount. If you would like to help this family, you can donate at here neighborhood bridges Kings Local

Prom Tickets

We have a few students who would like to go to prom. However, they are unable to pay for their entire prom ticket.   We are looking for donations to help them have a great night with their peers.

Stock our Nurses

School nurses help our students year-round covering emergency needs for clothing and underwear (among other things) We are at the point in the year where they need a refresh.  Spring weather leads to muddy playgrounds which in turn leads to muddy pants!  Join us in helping stock their shelves for Spring.
Items needed:
Underwear, socks, leggings, sweats, shorts (both boys and girls), t-shirts and sweatshirts in ALL sizes.  Items can be new or used (in good condition and laundered)
Items can be dropped off at Kings Pointe church or 2616 Cosmos Drive into the donation box on the porch. Please reach out to Tami at Tami-kingslocal@neighboorhoodbridges.org
