Winter Coats Needed
With colder weather approaching, the Monroe Success Program is collecting new or gently used winter coats for families in need. We kindly ask that donated coats be in good, wearable condition. Our goal is to provide warm coats for every family member—from young children to adults.
Financial assistance to pay rent and other bills for a family with a medical emergency.
A family is in need of financial assistance for rent and bills until mom can return to work. Her son is fighting cancer and will need 4-6 months of chemo.
Gas gift cards
Last week a student was diagnosed with a serious illness and mom will have to take him to Children's Hospital frequently for treatment. Mom will be missing a lot of work because of that.

A single mom of three is asking for assistance paying her internet bill this month. The past due amount that she is asking for is $166.23. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

A family currently without stable housing is asking for warm blankets during their stay in temporary housing.

A single mom is asking for assistance to pay her water bill. She currently owes $80. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Kroger gift cards needed for a family with a medical emergency.
We are seeking Kroger gift cards for a single mom with a child who was was diagnosed with a serious illness and mom will have to take him to Children's Hospital frequently for treatment. Mom will be missing a lot of work because of this new life event. Kroger gift cards will allow her to buy food and supplies that will be needed to care for her child. This is going to be a long journey for the family. Your support will greatly help this mom focus on her child.

As Thanksgiving approaches, three of the families we serve are facing unique challenges that make preparing a traditional holiday meal difficult. We’re reaching out for support in providing a Kroger or Bob Evan's gift card for these situations, which offer flexibility for families to either pick up prepared meals or purchase the items that best fit their needs.
These gift cards will help ensure that every family can experience the comfort and warmth of a Thanksgiving meal — in whatever way works best for them this year.
