Donations Needed to Assist Jasper City School Students and Families
Jasper City School students and families face financial crisis throughout the school year. Our community is always willing to step up and support those in need. These needs range from clothing, shoes, medical attention, food and other basic needs. 100% of your donations will go directly to assisting Jasper City School students. Maddox Intermediate School in need of Hygiene Essentials
There is a great need at Maddox Intermediate School for hygiene essentials for students who may not have access to them at home. This can impact their confidence, comfort, and overall well-being throughout the school day. A Hygiene Closet would help meet this need by providing students with basic personal care items as needed.
The goal is to create a space where teachers can access hygiene supplies for any student who needs them.

- Shampoo & conditioner (travel size or regular)
- Body wash or bar soap
- Lotion
- Feminine hygiene products
- Hairbrushes & combs
(Please avoid aerosols, strong-scented products, or items with harsh chemicals.)

TR Simmons Family in need of groceries
TR Simmons has a family of 8 in need of groceries. The family is currently going through some financial difficulties and would appreciate any groceries for the children. Some items that they may need are: eggs, bread, snacks for the kids, canned goods, etc. If you can help, please drop off donations to the front office. Thank you very much!!!!
Help Create a Snack Closet at Maddox
There is a huge need at Maddox Intermediate School for students who cannot bring a daily snack. This results in students being hungry before lunchtime which can lead to a lack of concentration during instruction. A snack closet would be a solution to help take care of this need. The goal is to create a space that teachers can go to get snacks for any student who needs one throughout the day. Snack donations would be greatly appreciated!
Some ideas of healthy and filling snacks are:
- Granola bars
- Nutri-grain bars
- Peanut butter or cheese crackers
- Meat sticks (Slim Jims)
- Variety boxes of chips
- Prepackaged muffins
- Small bottles of water
(Please do not include perishable items, sugary snacks or any drinks other than water.)

Maddox Intermediate School is in need of girls leggings for their clothes closet. Sizes M, L, and XL of any color would be appreciated. Please drop off donations to the front office. Thank you so much!
TR student in need of tennis shoes
A 1st grade boy at TR Simmons is in need of size 1 1/2 or 2 tennis shoes. He needs tennis shoes to wear daily for activities in PE. Please drop your donation at the front office. Thank you very much!
TR Simmons in need of Lice Kits
TR Simmons is in need of 5 lice kits for our nurse's office. We provide lice kits to TRS families who may have some financial difficulties purchasing them.
