Help Us Prepare Students for a Strong Start Next School Year!

Hello, Summer!

The school year has officially come to an end, and students are now out for summer break! As a result, we will not be posting additional student needs over the summer months.

While school may be out, we are already preparing to help students start the next school year strong in August — and we could truly use your support.

We are currently looking for monthly donors, as well as one-time donations, to help us purchase school supplies, hygiene items, clothing, and other essential items for students when they return to school.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps us continue supporting local children and families in our community. Together, we can make sure students feel confident, prepared, and cared for as they head into a new school year.

Help Us Support a Child in Need-Twin Mattress Needed

Our community has the power to make a difference for a child experiencing homelessness. A caring mom has opened her home to help a family friend and their child during a difficult time. Right now, the child is sleeping on the couch, and we would love to help provide a gently used or new twin mattress so they can have a comfortable place to rest and feel safe.

Even small acts of kindness can bring comfort, stability, and hope to a child going through uncertain times. If you have a gently used twin mattress in good condition that you would like to donate, or if you would like to contribute toward purchasing a new one, we would be incredibly grateful.

Together, we can show this family they are not alone and create a stronger, more compassionate community.

Help a Deserving Student Receive Her Diploma

With graduation just days away, a deserving student is facing an unexpected barrier to receiving her diploma. She currently has an outstanding lunch balance of $250 from the previous school year. This must be paid in full before she can officially graduate.

This is a student who has worked hard to reach this milestone, and it would be heartbreaking for something like a lunch balance to stand in the way of such an important moment. Community Support Needed: Help a Dad Get Back on Track

We’re reaching out to our amazing community to support a hardworking dad who is doing his best to provide while living paycheck to paycheck. Right now, he’s facing a small but important barrier — he needs a new ID.

An ID is essential for so many everyday needs, including accessing food pantries, applying for jobs, and handling basic life tasks. Without it, even simple steps forward can feel out of reach.

The cost to replace his ID is $30 — a small amount that can make a big difference in helping him regain stability and move forward.

When we come together, we can remove obstacles and open doors for families in our community. Every dollar helps and reminds this dad that he’s not alone.

A single mother is facing a difficult situation after recently losing her job due to company contract cuts. As she works to get back on her feet, she has fallen behind on her utility bills and has now received a disconnect notice.

🏈 Help a Student Stay Active This Summer!

We’re reaching out to our amazing community to support a hardworking family and their student who is eager to stay active and engaged this summer through flag football.

The registration fee is $110, and while this family is able to manage their essential bills, extra costs like activity fees can be a real challenge—something many families can relate to.

Participation in sports like flag football provides so much more than just physical activity. It builds confidence, encourages teamwork, creates positive peer connections, and gives students a safe, structured outlet during the summer months. Opportunities like this can truly make a lasting impact.
