Driver's Education Classes

There is an Anthony Wayne High School student who is need of funding for a driver's education course in order to get their license.  This student's family would benefit from them having the mobility to drive to and from work and school, since the single mother works two jobs in order to keep their family going.  Please consider supporting this need in your community!
Thank you.

Utility Bill Shut Off

Two separate Anthony Wayne families face utility shut offs in the next several days unless payment is received.  A total of $350 will terminate both shut offs.  We're reaching out to our compassionate community to help alleviate these burdens for several AW students and parent/s.

Any amount, no matter how small, can make a significant difference. Your generosity can help prevent two families from falling into further hardship. Thank you for your kindness and support!

Christmas Assistance Program

AWneighborhood bridges is coordinating this year's Holiday Community Family Assistance program.  We send a sincere thank you to all that have adopted one of our families this year. This community is AWesome!

After successfully matching 53 families (128 students) with donors, we have just been made aware that there are 4 individual students, one high school and three primary school students that could use our assistance. Because time is of the essence (distribution date is next Saturday, 12/14!), and we do not have donors to match these students with, we are asking for monetary donations of approximately $200 per student.  We will then do the shopping when "wish lists" are received from parents. Donations of any size will be deeply appreciated to help us reach this goal.

Thank you for helping us to spread kindness-especially during this holiday season!
