Jill Spann - Area Director
Jill is a retired school teach of Winfield City Schools and is a member of the First Babtist Church where she plays the organ. Jill is married to Chuck Spann, and together they are owners of Spann's Hardware in Winfield. Jill has two daughters; Julie Rhodes, who is married to Derek, and together they have a son Jack, and Caitlyn Wright who is married to Matt.
Jill has volunteered as Area Director for Winfield neighborhood bridges since our launch a few years ago.
