Seeking monetary donations to help provide a free Thanksgiving meal for Fairfield Academy students.
We are currently seeking monetary donations to help provide a free Thanksgiving meal for students at the Fairfield Academy. The majority of our students may not have access to a traditional Thanksgiving meal over the holiday break, and we would love to ensure they’re able to enjoy one before school lets out.

Recently homeless family in need of help with furniture/household items
Local Homeless Family in Need of Household Items
A local family who recently experienced homelessness has just moved into a new home and is starting over with very little. They are in need of the following essential items:
- Full/Queen-size mattress and bed frame
- Twin mattress and bed frame
- Two dressers
- End tables and lamps
- Kitchen items such as pots and pans, glassware, dishes, and utensils

Family in need of help with quarters for laundromat
Homeless family recently moved into new home and is without a washer and dryer at the moment. The family is relying on utilizing local laundromat that takes quarters. Single, hard working mom of 5 is seeking assistance with her Duke bill to prevent shut off. Mom was taken off insurance after dealing with cancer as well as premature birth of her youngest and has since been struggling financially. The amount needed to prevent shut off is $513.
